Mitch has been outstanding in managing the building I reside in and my apartment. Whenever I encountered issues, such as needing repairs, he quickly arranged for a technician to come out asap. His efficiency, professionalism, and friendly demeanor have made a significant difference. I’m very pleased with Mitch and Structure in general.

Renting with Structure Properties and Lance was a delightful experience. All paperwork went smoothly, and I was able to occupy my room sooner than expected. Lance was very caring throughout the whole process, making sure I had everything necessary to feel like home. I chose this place based on good reviews from my school friends, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I recently relocated to San Francisco, and my friend Ash who had lived here before spoke very highly of Lee. After going through the leasing process with Structure Properties, I completely understand why!

From day one, Lee made the entire experience seamless. Even before I signed the lease, he took the time to video call me and walk me through the unit in detail, which gave me complete confidence in my choice. Once I moved in, he went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed to settle in comfortably.

Lee is not only professional and efficient but also a genuinely kind and down-to-earth person who truly cares about helping tenants. I’m thankful for his assistance and would gladly recommend him to anyone searching for a home in the city.

I did the leasing process remote with Tanner and he made it so easy! I leased with them for 2 months and I loved it. It was super close to work and super clean.

Bryce was beyond gracious and kind! Made the process incredibly easy and was always happy to answer any of my questions. It was my first time moving/living in SF, and couldn’t be more grateful for his constant support, made me feel comfortable throughout. The living facility is clean and has all provided amenities - would highly recommend renting with Structure Properties.

I’m so excited to be moving into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far — all thanks to lee, the property manager. From the start, lee has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who manages a property with such professionalism and personal care.

Throughout the leasing process, lee was transparent, clear, and organized — making everything from the paperwork to the move-in logistics feel easy and stress-free. What stood out to me the most was how approachable and attentive he was. Anytime I had a question, lee responded quickly and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed.

Even before move-in, lee made sure the apartment was in perfect shape and followed up on everything without me having to ask. That level of detail and pride in the property is rare to find these days. I already feel confident that this is going to be a great place to live.

I’m genuinely looking forward to settling in and calling this place home — and I feel super lucky to have lee as the property manager. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed and someone who truly cares, I highly recommend working with lee!
